Hi, I’m Richard Norrington, I know how to apply Pilates to combat typical work related habits and re-balance the body using Pilates techniques, strengthening the core muscles and developing awareness of correct posture for a more enjoyable lifestyle.


Pilates is a skill for life that you learn in my classes, if practiced regularly enough it can become the most powerful tool to appreciate.

When you have handed me your enrolment form I will also need you to sign a consent form when we first meet, this is important to allow me to hold your information provided to me on the enrolment form and so I can contact you in connection with Pilates related issues.
