Richard was accepted to join the instructors course at the Body Control Pilates Centre in London. "I had such an amazing time learning from highly respected  teacher trainers at the London centre, I discovered many things that I enjoy passing on to my clients"

Richard knows how to apply Pilates to combat typical work related habits and re-balance the body using Pilates techniques strengthening the core muscles and developing awareness of correct posture for a more enjoyable lifestyle.
